1/2 cup mayonaise
2 tablespoons flour
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup milk
7 oz. crabmeat
8 oz. swiss cheese shredded
1/3 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 Pillsbury unbaked piecrust

Preheat oven to 350

Mix together all ingredients. Pour into pie crust shell. Bake 45-50 minutes.

I buy Phillips brand canned crab at Costco.
Great served with a side salad or tomato basil soup. I double the recipe; bake both quiches and freeze one. Just reheat slices!
