1 pkg. (11.5 ozs.) milk chocolate chips
2 T. shortening
2 c. crispy rice cereal

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy 2-quart saucepan, melt chocolate and shortening over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in crispy rice cereal. Immediately spread hot mixture thinly on a foil-lined baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray. Let cool then refrigerate until hard. Break into bite-sized pieces. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
