2 can crabmeat
1T very finely chopped green pepper
1T very finely chopped red onion
2 tsp parsley
1/4 C mayo
1/8-1/4 C breadcrumbs
1/8 tsp dry mustard
dash hot sauce
dash worchester
dash sherry (optional)
1/2 C parmesean cheese
1/4 C sharp cheddar shredded
1/4 C mild cheddar
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingerdients, add melted butter
clean 1LB mushrooms put in oiled augratin dishes. pour mixture onto mushrooms, be sure to fill in holes.
Bake 350 20 minutes, broil or top brown at the end.
