1c. Butter
1c. white sugar
1c. brown sugar
1c. vegetable oil
1 egg
3-1/2 c. flour
1c. rolled oats
1c. Rice Krispies
1 c. shredded coconut
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cream of tartar

Directions:

Mix all ingredients, adding flour last. Drop by teaspoonfull onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with fork.
Bake at 350 about 15 minutes until done
