Ingredients:  
2 pounds veal steak
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp milk
2 cups crushed cereal flakes
4 tbsp fat
1 small can mushrooms.

Directions:
Directions:
Have veal steak cut 1 inch thick. Cut into pieces for serving. Dip into mixture of egg and milk. Roll in finely crushed cereal flakes. Brown in hot fat and cover with mushrooms and mushroom liquid. Cover tightly and cook very slowly until tender, about 45 minutes. Thicken liquid for gravy and serve with veal steaks. Serves 6
