1-2 large bunches of leeks 2 tbsp olive oil Butter 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic 1 tsp black pepper
Wash and rinse leeks and slice. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat, and cook onion until golden brown. Turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Serve as side dish – good with pork.
