6 Quarts:
3 cups milk
2 3/4 cups sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups half & half
2 tablespoons vanilla
6 cups whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk until bubbles form around edge of pan. Remove from heat. Add sugar & salt. Stir until dissolved. Stir in half and half, vanilla and whipping cream. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Add mashed bananas (4 Cups) to chilled mixture before freezing. Freeze as directed.
