1 LB. SHREDDED CABBAGE
CUP CHOPPED ONION
1 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON PEPPER
1 TABLESPOON MUSTARD
1/4 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE

DOUGH:
BUY FROZEN ROLLS, LET ROLLS RISE LIKE PACKAGE SAYS THEN PUT TWO ROLLS TOGETHER , ONE ON TOP OF ANOTHER
& PRESS TOGETHER UNTIL ROUND & FLAT.
LEAVE OPEN ENOUGH TO PUT MEAT MIXTURE IN.
BROWN MEAT & ONION; DRAIN & ADD CABBAGE, SALT, PEPPER & MUSTARD.
COOK FOR FIVE MINUTES THEN ADD CHEESE. SPOON ONTO THE DOUGH
( CUP) & THEN PULL DOUGH TOGETHER & PINCH IT SHUT ON TOP. BAKE WITH PINCHED SIDE DOWN AT ABOUT 375 FOR 20 MINUTES.
TAKES 24 ROLLS TO MAKE 12 BIEROCKS.
