2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter or oleo
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together; set aside. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs,beating well. Add dry ingredients. Spread into greased and floured 13x9x2 pan. Sprinkle topping over batter. Refrigate 8 hrs. or over night. Bake at 350 deg. for 45 min.
TOPPING
1/2 C. brown sugar 1/2 c. nuts 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Combine ingredients; sprinkle over top
