6 or more carrots, finely shredded 1 tbsp honey 1/4 to 1/2 c orange juice 1 tbsp butter
In a saucepan with tight-fitting lid, combine orange juice and honey. Add carrots and butter. Place over medium heat and cover. Bring to boil: reduce heat and simmer until carrots are just tender. Stir well and serve.
