2 lb. chopped sirloin
1/3 c. barley
large bag of mixed frozen vegetables
16 oz. can of diced tomatoes
2- 16 oz. can of tomato sauce
salt and black pepper
oregano, basil, onion flakes, parsely

Directions:
Directions:
Cook in a large crock pot for 4-6 hours. This soup can be prepared on the stove top. Add the vegetables the last 15 minutes of cooking. Top with chopped parsely when serving.
