grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
slice the zucchini in 1/4 inch slices and place side by side on a non-stick baking sheet
place a generouse mound of grated parmesan cheese on top of each and bake at 350 for 10-15
minutes or until lightly browned on top
