1 lb. boneless chicken breast , cut in pieces
2 C. elbow macaroni, uncooked
1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, chopped
1can (10 oz) ROTEL, undrained
1/2 C. Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in skillet over Med-high heat for
5 to 7 min. or till done.
Stir in 2 C. water; bring to boil.Stir in macaroni; cover.Reduce heat to med. Simmer 15 min. or until water is absorbed.
Add velveeta and Rotel.Cook till cheese is melted;stirring frequently.Remove from heat;stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with parsley.
