1 lb. cranberries
2 1/2 c sugar
3 c water
2 packages lemon jello
1 lemon
1 c. nuts (walnuts, almonds, personal preference)
1 c. diced celery

Directions:
Directions:
boil cranberries sugar and water till cranberries pop
while still hot dissolve in it: 2 packages lemon jello
add: juice of 1 lemon (add more gelatin)
when cool add: 1 c. of nuts 1 c. diced celery

pour into mold, refrigerate for several hours
