1 Tbsp. margarine
1 med zucchini, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 carrot, sliced
1 cup tomato juice or vegetable juice
3 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup salad macaroni, uncooked
Dash black pepper
1 can (10 1/2oz) canneline beans, drained
1/2 cup corn

Directions:

In 4 quart sauce pan melt margarine over medium heat. Add zucchini, onion and carrot, stirring frequently. Cook 3-4 minutes. Add tomato juice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Add salad macaroni and pepper, cook 6 minutes or until tender. Stir in beans and corn; heat.
