Directions:
2 Tbsp butter, 1/3 c thin spaghetti, broken into 1 inch pieces, about 1/6 of a 1 lb box of dried pasta, 3/4 c white rice, 1 1/2 cups chicken broth or water, salt. Melt butter, fry pasta and rice in butter till lightly brown and add broth, cover till all liquid absorbed and pasta and rice are tender. About 15 minutes or so.
