4 ears of Fresh Corn
4 slices of cooked bacon
1 small sweet onion, diced
1/2 green pepper
2 tbsp butter
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut corn kernels from cob. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Saute corn kernels just until tender, then mix in remaining ingredients. Continue to saute until onion and green peper are just beginning to turn crispy. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm or cold
