1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 (14oz) bag caramels
1/3 c. Eagle Brand Milk
1 c. chocolates chips
1 c. pecan chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350
Mix cake as directed on box, pour 1/2 of batter in 9/13" pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Melt caramels and milk in pan and pour over half baked cake. Add chocolate chips and pecan pieces, top with remaining mix.
Bake 35 minutes.
