5-6 med. Turnips
1 winter squash
c olive oil
tsp salt
tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash turnips and squash,(butternut, delicata, hubbard, acorn or kuri). Peel turnips and squash, chop into evenly sized cubes (1/2 square.) Put oil in a large baking dish. Add the vegetables and stir to evenly coat in the oil. Add the salt and pepper and stir once again. Option add curry to seasoning to change flavor. Put in oven and bake for 25 min. Or so. Stir twice during baking. Serve as side dish.
