6 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 c. Chablis wine
1/4 c. Madeira wine
Strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
With an electric mixer, beat egg yolks and sugar until very thick and lemon colored. (3-4 minutes). Gradually add wines. Cook over hot (not boiling) water until mixture becomes smooth and thick, stirring constantly. Serve over strawberries in parfait glasses.
