2 large. tomatoes (red or yellow) - sliced
2 avocados (ripe) sliced
1 c. grated mozzarella cheese
basil - chiffonade
olive oil

salt
pepper
oregano

Directions:
Directions:
On a flat serving tray, arrange tomato and avocado slices slightly overlapping. Chiffonade (cut into thin strips) fresh basil and scatter over tomatoes and avocados. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly (not to much). Season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano. Drizzle with olive oil. Cover the platter and refrigerate until needed. (Up to 8 hours.)
