2 lrg. cans Pineapple 1 tube Ritz Crackers, crushed
(1 chunk, 1 crushed) 6 T. Flour
2 C. Shredded Cheddar cheese 4 oz Butter, melted
1 C. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix pineapple and cheese, set aside. Mix together sugar and flour. Add to the fruit and cheese mixture. Spread mixture in 8"x11" or 9"x14" casserole dish. Spread crushed crackers over top. Pour melted butter over all. Bake 35-40 min. Let cool to warm and serve.
