1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 can cheddar cheese soup
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets and steam until just tender (do not overcook).

In large bowl combine broccoli, cauliflower, soup and 1 cup cheese. Pour into baking dish.

Crush crackers and stir in melted butter. Top casserole with these crumbs and sprinkle over remaining cheddar cheese.

Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes, or until casserole is hot and bubbly.
