6 cooking apples, cored, peeled and thinly sliced
1 tbl. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. chpped nuts
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Fill pie plate 2/3 full with apples. Sprinkle with the tablespoon of sugar and the cinnamon.

In a small bowl combine the melted butter, sugar, flour, egg, nuts and salt.

Pour mixture over apples.

Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
