4 chicken breasts
Soda crackers
Poultry seasoning (Fried chicken seasoning)
Butter, melted
Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soda crackers and seasoning and place in a plastic zip lock bag. Add chicken to bag and shake to coat. Remove chicken and place in baking dish. Dot with lemon juice and butter.

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until done.
