1 cup of oil,
3/4 cup liquid Sucanat (refined cane syrup),
2 eggs,
1 1/2 tsp vanilla,
grated rind of 1 orange,
2 cups rolled oats organic,
1 1/2 cup spelt flour (whole wheat),
1/2 tsp baking powder,
1/2 tsp soda,
1 cup pecans,
1 cup choc chips,
1 cup sunflower seeds,
1 cup raisins 3/4 cup grated coconut,
1/3 cup sesame seeds,

Mix all ingredients and bake at 380 degrees for 15 min. or until brown
