2 c cooked sm. Shell
1 c sliced celery
ľ c pickle relish
1 c frozen green peas
1 c cubed cheddar cheese
1 sm. Red onion chopped
2 lbs fresh or frozen shrimp
6 hard-boiled eggs-cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shrimp in butter and garlic, cool. Add to above ingredients, add enough mayonnaise to hold together, salt and pepper. This is always a favorite when served. I am always asked for the recipe. Pete and i eat it a lot in summer, because itís a meal in its self.
