1 2-3lb. Spoon Roast
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 small cans of mushroom stems/pieces, undrained

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a Slow-cooker/Crockpot. Cook on High 8-10 hours, or until you are able to pull meat apart easily with a fork. Serve on large roll or bun.

The only place I have ever found a "Spoon" Roast is at Festival Foods. It really is the best for shredding!
