Ingredients:
Premium Coffee Beans, very finely ground ("Turkish grind");
Starbuck's "Barista" Expressomaker (on sale at times for ~$350);
Organic Dairy (Horizon is the best);
Filtered water;
...and metta, of course!

Directions:
Directions:
Fresh filtered water in the expressomaker reservoir; using a ceramic demitasse cup, fill with dairy volume you would like and steam, initially at the surface, and when the tone gets deeper and slower, dip the steaming wand deeply into the cup until the tone no longer changes (never more than 165...burns the cream); place the dairy in a heated mug; fill the expressomaker's coffee grounds reservoir one level TSBP, but do NOT tamp; watch the coffee come out of the spout until the demitasse cup is full, then pour into the mug of dairy; when the water heats up again, add hot water to taste; 160 is the right temp

I prefer heavy cream for latte; this makes a lovely expresso too! email me if you have questions!
