1 lb. lean hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 can corn
1 can hominy
1 can pinto beans
1 can rotel
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 pkg. Williams Taco Seasoning
1 tsp. chili powder
1-1/2 c. water
grated cheese (optional)

Brown hamburger with onion, drain. Add remaining ingredients and heat to desired temperature. Top individual servings with cheese, if desired.
**We prefer to omit the corn and add an extra can of hominy.
