non-bleached paper filters;
Metta (love of the brew)

It is all about using excellent ingredients for the perfect cup. This refers to the 4 to 12 cup range. Add a cup of water for the grounds. If you grind your beans, the finer the grind, the better for expresso, but the more bitter the regular cup of coffee. Therefore, moderate grind.
MEASURE one level tablespoon per TWO cups of coffee. Adjust to your taste & the bean. Prepare the night before.
