8 oz. cream cheese 6 T. butter or margarine 1/2 c. milk 1-1/2 tsp. garlic salt or to taste 2 (1 lb.) packages frozen corn
Melt first 4 ingredients together, slowly. Add frozen corn. Cook in crockpot. Serves about 10. Can be halved for a family-size portion. This usually disappears quickly at a big get-together, but if there is any left, it's even better warmed up.
