3 - 6 oz. cans skinned and boned pink salmon, well drained
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teasoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together salmon, lemon juice, horseradish, liquid smoke, cream cheese, minced onion, and salt.

Shape mixture into a 7 inch log. Stir together pecans and parsley in a shallow dish. Roll log in pecan mixture, and wrap in plastic wrap; chill. Serve with crackers.
