3 tbsp olive oil
or vegetable oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper
1/2 cp chopped apple
1 tbsp chopped green onion
3 c torn bibb lettuce
1-2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1-2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine oil, mustard, sugar or splenda, salt and pepper. Add apple and onion; toss to coat. Add lettuce, nuts walnut or pecans and blue cheese, toss gently. Serve immediately
