1/2 c. boiling water
1 - 3 oz. package sun-dried tomotoes
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sliced pitted black olives
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 tsp. chopped fresh basil
48 Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over tomatoes - let stand 10 minutes. Place tomatoes with liquid in blender , cover and blend 30 seconds or until tomatoes are finely chopped. Add cheese, cover, blend well using pulsing action. Add olives garlic and basil, cover, blend well. Refreigerate at least 1 hour (best overnight) - spoon 1 tsp. mixture onto each cracker.
