2 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt.
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 can (16 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
3/4 cup sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Blend sugar, flour, salt, and baking soda. Add eggs and pineapple. Beat well with spoon. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 in a 9 x 12 baking pan.

For Topping combine milk, sugar and margarine in pan on stove. Boil for 3 minutes. Take off stove and add coconut and nuts. Pour over cake while cake is still hot.
