5-6 ears of fresh corn
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
Salt to taste

Directions:
Shuck the corn, and carefully remove all of the silks. Using a sharp kinife, cut the corn kernels from the cob. Run the knife over the cob and milk the cobs.

Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat until hot and foaming. Toss the cut corn into the skillet, and stir well to coat all over with the butter, Sprinkle salt over lightly, and continue cooking, stirring often, until the corn is tender about 5-7 minutes. Taste for seasing.
