2 1/2 lb Ham Sauce:
(ground 2/3 Ham & 1/3 Pork) 3/4 C. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs Little Coke
1 C. crushed Wheaties 1/4 C. Pineapple Juice
1/2 C. Milk 1 tsp. Mustard
1/2 C. Catsup
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and form meat loaf. Line bottom of pan with pineapple slices.

Mix brown sugar, a little Coke, pineapple juice, mustard. Pour half of sauce over pineapple.

Place Ham Loaf on top and pour remainder sauce over top of Loaf.
Bake 350 until done. 1 Hour or more.

My Mother (Doris Lee Horstman) changed the cracker crumbs to Wheaties and the meat was originally 1/2 ham, 1/2 beef. We loved it.
