1 (16 oz.) pkg. Dole Classic Coleslaw
1/2 c. bell pepper (optional)
1/2 c. Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1/4 c. whole milk
1/4 c. buttermilk
1-1/2 T. white vinegar
2-1/2 T. lemon juice
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Place the contents of the package of coleslaw and the bell pepper in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Pulse until finely chopped. (This is an important step as the smaller pieces absorb the flavor of the dressing more easily.)
Combine the remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour over the coleslaw mixture and stir to distribute evenly. Cover the bowl or place the contents in a plastic bag. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight for optimum flavor.
