1 10 oz. can mixed nuts
2 tbl. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix butter and seasonings until well blended. Pour over nuts in a large bowl; toss to coat.

Spead evenly into 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring after 5 minutes.

Cool on paper towel.
