1 can of peaches
1 can of pineapple chunks
1 can of mandarin oranges
3 medium bananas (sliced)
2 apples (cubed)
1 c sour cream
1 c milk
1 pkg. Vanilla pudding mix (small)
3 tbsp orange juice concentrate

Directions:
Directions:
Drain canned fruits and cut fresh. Add all fruit to bowl. In another bowl mix sour cream, milk, pudding powder and orange juice concentrate. Mix with hand mixer for 2 minutes. Pour mixture over fruit and stir together. Chill salad for one hour before serving.
