3/4 c unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 russet potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
2 T fresh thyme, minced or 2 t dried thyme
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 450ºF.
Melt butter. Coat bottom of 2 9-inch cake pans and line bottom with parchment paper. Coat paper with butter. Add ingredients to butter to coat. Arrange potatoes around pans slightly overlapping. continue until all slices are placed. Divide rest of butter between pans.
Bake 40 minutes until tops are brown and crisp. Invert pans and remove paper. Cut into wedges and serve.
