2 cups Milk
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernal corn, drained
1 half stick of Velveeta Cheese
1 medium chopped tomato
2 tbsp chopped green chilies
2 cups of cooked sherreded chicken breast (Optional)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in 3 quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is completely melted (10 to 12 minutes)
