1 qt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 pt.(8oz.) sour cream
1 medium onion chopped
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 oz. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
1/2 tall can Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic or garlic salt
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. This makes 1 1/2 qts. of dressing. Gets better with age. Can be used as a dip or salad dressing. Keep refrigerated.
