10 lbs. potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced
3 lbs. onions, diced
5 lbs. bacon
4 doz. eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
In 3 - foot iron skillet, cook bacon and onions over campfire until crispy.
Drain most of the bacon grease from pan.
Warm potaotes in skillet with bacon.
Pour in eggs.
Scramble all together.
Cook
