2 lb. frozen southern style has browns
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. sour cream
salt & pepper (to taste)
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Place potatoes in 13 x 9 pan
Add onions, salt and pepper
Combine soup, butter, sour cream and pour mixture over potatoes.
Add cheese on top.
Bake for 45 min. at 350 degrees
