1 T olive oil
1-1/2# boneless skinless chicken breast, cutup
1/2 C onion, chopped
1 C chicken broth
1 can (4 oz.) green chilies, chopped
1 can (19 oz.) cannellini beans, undrained
2-3 green onions, chopped
1/2 C Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Spice blend
1 t garlic powder
1 t cumin
1/2 t oregano leaves
1/2 cilantro leaves
1/4 t red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large saucepan over med-high heat. Sauté chicken and onions for 4-5 minutes.

Stir in broth, chilies and spice blend. Simmer 15 minutes.

Stir in beans. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in onions and cheese and remove from heat for several minutes.
