1 package of cream cheese
3/4 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1 grated onion
1/4 cup grated cucumber
1-2 med. tomatoes(chopped fine)
Mayonnaise to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature. Blend all vegetables with the cream cheese and add enough mayonnaise to make mixture spreading consistency.
Just before making sandwiches, add a little salt and pepper if desired.
