1 - 3 to 4 pound chuck roast Cavender's Seasoning 1 - package dry onion soup mix 1/2 cup water 3 potatoes, peeled and quartered 4 carrots peeled and quartered
Rinse roast and remove excess fat (not all of it). Cover both sides of roast with Cavenders Greek Seasoning. Place vegetables in crock pot. Place roast in crock pot and sprinkle dry soup over the roast. Add 1/2 cup water. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
