Steam broccoli, drain.
Brown ground beef & onion, drain.
Add flour, salt, garlic, milk & cream cheese.
Cook, stirring often, until thick & smooth.
Add a small amount to the beaten egg, mix well and return to skillet.
Cook & stir about 2 minutes.
Make a bottom crust in a 13 x 9 pan with 1 pkg. of rolls.
Pour meat mixture over crust.
Lay broccoli spears on top of meat mixture.
Top with Monterrey Jack cheese.
Make a top crust with remaining rolls.
Brush top with milk.
Cut slits in top crust.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
